Our Mission:
Develop a leadership incubator focused on Sudan;

• To create current and future generations of Sudanese leaders with:
  – a global view,
  – a strong sense of community
  – who lead with their hearts as well as their minds
• To cultivate Sudanese leadership in order to revitalize our nation’s professional and entrepreneurial human resources capacity by designing challenging and action-learning programmes for high-potential leaders.
• To deliver programmes to all Sudanese people in Sudan and the diaspora who thrive to create an ever-lasting positive change in their own lives and others in their communities and eventually transform Sudan.
