Welcome to ‘Well-Rounded’ our ‘leadership’ Podcast. We aim to bridge geographic barriers by connecting students, professionals, entrepreneurs, innovators, skilled and semi-skilled individuals from within Sudan and the diaspora seeking to acquire new learning, engage in thought leadership and/or exchange opinions on an array of socio-economic topics; The ‘Happy Face’ theme provides a space for wellbeing; the ‘Soft Ear’ explores learning and discourse to remind ourselves of the important values and ethics for our society; and the ‘Leader Mind’ provides a leadership, entrepreneurship and an overall professional boost.
We create rich dialogue, drawing from a vast pool of diverse and multi-disciplinary resources, whilst instilling wellbeing, positivity and ethics as core values for success, to help individuals transform themselves for the better and eventually propel Sudan’s transformation to the global stage. We believe that progress and development in society comes from each one of us taking control of our direction of travel, investing in our learning and wellbeing. We are convinced that change only comes when we each gather the courage to do something bigger than ourselves, taking that first step followed by many more tiny little steps this will no doubt have a positive impact on our own lives and the lives of our communities as a whole.
